A New Lease, by Aynsley Floyd, profiles three families who live in Brookline’s new affordable housing property at 86 Dummer Street which was completed in 2015 and is the largest permanently affordable housing property built in Brookline in more than 35 years.
The film was produced through BIG’s Community Production Grants program, which provides up to $5,000 annually to local filmmakers to create community-based film projects.
