Josh Gold has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a Masters of Math Education from Lesley University. He currently teaches middle school math at Hanscom Middle School, a part of Lincoln Public Schools. Josh has spent the last 5 years creating a flipped classroom as well as creating a programming club and maker space for 4th – 8th graders.
Jeromie Whalen, Northampton High School Digital Med/Ed Tech, and Al Williams, Executive Director, Northampton Community Television – A Minecraft project in western Mass is using games and the community as a vehicle to teach high school students community-building in real life, democracy online, 3-D printing, media literacy, architecture and design, as well as connecting students with media projects within the broader community.
