Question of authorizing the Chair to sign an emergency expenditure request with the Department of Revenue related to deficit spending for COVID-19.

Question of accepting a grant in the amount of $18,750 from the Lawrence & Lillian Solomon Foundation Streets for the Recovery Grant Program to fund the purchase of materials needed to create a Transportation Board approved Expanded Sidewalk on Pleasant Street.

Question of approving Contract No. PW/14-25 Amendments No. 1 to Master Agreement and Task Order No. 1 for ongoing consulting and engineering services with Brown and Caldwell.

Question of approving Extra Work Order No. 1 in connect with Contract No. PW/18-03 Skyline Park Maintenance with Park Landscape Associates, Inc for an additional 90 days of landscape services in the amount of $10,575.

Question of executing the Memorandum of Agreement By and Between the Town of Brookline and Welltower, Inc. and Welltower TRS Holdco LLC, and delegating authority to the Chair to execute in person on behalf of the Board.

Question of extending, for an additional two-year period, the Ambulance Service Agreement between the Town of Brookline and Fallon Emergency Medical Services, Inc, originally effective January 1, 2016. The Select Board is taking this matter up on an emergency basis because the term of the original Ambulance Service Agreement, absent the extension, terminates on June 30, 2020.

Question of approving the School Department’s transfer request of the balance of the Vocational Education Account (29902990) of approximately $43,159 to 313099-524631 offset transportation costs for out of district students.

Question of approving the 2020 Open Air Parking License Renewals.
