Thank You, Parlour
In 2019, Meghan Murphy and Luke Hayden opened Parlour in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner. Five years later, at the end of February 2024, they bid farewell to the neighborhood that loved them. Meghan tells the story of Parlour’s beginnings, including its famous wallpaper, before thanking the people she worked with and the people for whom this restaurant was a delight.
