Lifestyle By Design March 2013: Marathon; Workplace Health

This program focuses on two topics of the body. The first is a topic from the Brookline community and gives us an inside look at running the Boston Marathon. We are joined by Sidhu Gangadharan who is running on the behalf of the Brookline Education Foundation. Our second half focuses on healthier ways to use technology at work and in our lives.
