In the interest of protecting our members, staff and the general public from the recent COVID-19 spike, we have made a decision to close our facilities until further notice, likely for the month of January.
We will offer one day a week curbside equipment checkout by reservation only, and will post the hours for this service later this week. All school and Town meetings will be covered and available on BIG’s community and civic channels (cable, online and streaming live), as usual.

BIG is constantly reviewing updated COVID-19 protocols regarding new variant restrictions and public health concerns. All events, classes and access to our facilities is up to the discretion of BIG’s leadership team and based on the safety of our staff, students and the public.
Use of BIG’s curbside checkout will be open to BIG members who are in good standing, by reservation only, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30pm to 8pm, by appointment only. All reservations must be made 24 hours in-advance through our RueShare reservation system. If you need help making a reservation, see this tutorial or email firstname.lastname@example.org. As a last resort, you may call our office at 617-731-8566 and staff will return your call when they are able.
